This page drawn by Mlai.

This is really only 1/3 of page 39 in the thumbnails. But I wanted to do something cinematic, involving pacing thru horizontal scrolling. I can't make ppl horizontal *and* vertical scroll, so I divided pg 39 into 2 parts.

Oh yeah, this is like, a commemorative page - Chase finally unsheaths her sword! *confetti* Those of you who know who she is, would know why it's kinda cool.

EDIT: Translation of this page.
"He doesn't know the bite of this sword!"
"Don't you stir, Chase..."
"Until he is close upon-"

FIGHT_1 is the companion story to this one. The 2 stories occur in the same world.

YAY!!! a sword!!!! by the way, Chase talks REALLY weird, most of the time I dont really know what she says(then I think it really hard and get it)

PS: the other day I got really confused, are the 2 Nuada from fight1 and fight2 the same guy, or they just were both named after the same old king?

She speaks Middle English. Kind of like Shakespeare but older. The same as Chaucer's Canterbury Tales, but I make it easier than Chaucer's old spelling.

I know it's harder to read and impatient readers may not bear with me, but like a genuine accent, it *really* helps bring her to life.

The 2 Nuadas are the same guy. How is that possible? That's part of the story.

twin brother?
paralel dimension thing?
any of the above?

You don't really want me to spoil it, do you?
Just don't think about it; not important yet.
Thanks for reading and commenting!
